We’re proud to announce a change in our lineup of beers on tap at Stumpy’s – a selection of Boulevard beers that’s hard to find at any other restaurant in Kansas City. So come on down, order some baby back ribs and try a locally brewed Boulevard that you’ve never had before and find a new favorite!
Bob’s ’47 Oktoberfest, $4.00 (tax included)
Boulevard’s fall seasonal beer is a medium-bodied, dark amber brew with a malty flavor. It’s named after Master Brewer Bob Werkowitch, a graduate of the U.S. Brewer’s Academy in 1947.
Tank 7, $5.50 (tax included)
This farmhouse ale is named after Boulevard’s No. 7 tank, one that’s been something of a problem child. When the brewers were experimenting with variations on a traditional Belgian-style farmhouse ale, the perfect combination of elements came together in that temperamental vessel. It’s a straw-colored, light to medium-bodied beer with an earthy, spicy, grapefruit aroma and flavor and a soft, sweet malt flavor with prominent hop bitterness.
Single Wide IPA, $4.00 (tax included)
Boulevard’s take on India Pale Ale is inspired by its Smokestack Series Double-Wide IPA. This golden beer has an intensely floral, citrusy aroma, medium body and moderate caramel malt flavor.
Pilsner, $3.25 (tax included)
This classic American lager is Boulevard’s salute to the bygone regional breweries of our area. This is 100% malt, real hop character, unpasteurized – a true taste of tradition.
Boulevard Wheat, $4.00 (tax included)
This easy-drinking American-style wheat beer has become Boulevard’s most popular offering and the best-selling craft beer in the Midwest. A light-bodied, straw-colored beer, it boasts a natural citrusy flavor.
Pale Ale, $4.00 (tax included)
Boulevard’s Pale Ale is a great choice for any season with its smooth, fruity, well-balanced flavor. Fun fact: The Pale Ale is the first beer Boulevard brewed.
Amber Ale, $4.00 (tax included)
When you’re in the mood for something a little redder and thirst-quenching, go for the Amber Ale. English specialty malts impart a nutty sweetness, perfectly complemented by German hops.
September Featured Wine: Concannon Petite Sirah
