So, Friday, June 3, is St. Kevin’s Day, a proper Catholic saint’s feast day (and the subject of an awesome Elders song) and not just something we like to call our Kevin. And in honor of the high holy day, we’re celebrating St. Kevin’s Day at Stumpy’s with, naturally, alcohol. And a parade.
Originally, it’s been a group of guys named Kevin who showed up for St. Kevin’s Day and they all celebrated the fact that they were named Kevin. This year, we want everyone to join us! So show up at Stumpy’s around 4 p.m. to join us for some proper St. Kevin’s Day celebrating. And when Kevin Ryan (head Kevin in chief) gives the word, we’ll form a festive parade down to the Gaf at Gregory and Wornall. And then we’ll walk back to Stumpy’s and continue celebrating.
How can you miss out on that? Correct answer: you can’t.

We wanted to let everyone know about an upcoming event that’s raising money for a really good cause – the 4th annual Tee It Up for SIDS Resources golf tournament at Swope Memorial Golf Course on Sunday, May 22. Governor Stumpy’s is proud to be one of the sponsors for this great event.
You can still register at the early bird price of $90 per individual if you sign up by May 15. Between May 15 and May 21, the cost is $100, and on the day of the tournament, registration is $110. It’s a four-person scramble, shotgun start. Look for Stumpy’s serving breakfast and beverages at the tournament!
