To celebrate Mardi Gras, our Rajun Cajun Dave is cooking up some jambalaya – a spicy bowl of andouille sausage, chicken, celery, onions, secret spices and rice. Available only on Tuesday, February 21, 2012. Plus, try our Mardi Gras drink – a Bourbon Street Martini with vodka, peach schnapps, apple pucker, triple sec and apple juice. Laissez les bons temps rouler!
